 Amy Tobias, a graduate of The University of Georgia School of Law, manages the Athens branch of O'Kelley & Sorohan, Attorneys at Law, LLC. The firm specializes in residential and commercial real estate closings: including home loan closings, refinance closings, relocation closing services, real estate contract review and title insurance matters. We also provide all these services in Spanish to serve our ever growing Spanish market. Although we specialize in residential and commercial real estate closings, we are continually increasing our practice in order to grow with our expanding needs. Our practice includes:Wills and trusts, estate planning, general corporate matters, individual foreclosure transactions, construction lending closings, acquisition and development projects, certification of planned unit developments, homeowners association matters and litigation matters.
