 Care to Continue provides customized companion home care and assistance with personal care that allows older adults to stay and thrive in their homes. We provide medication reminders, fall prevention, light housekeeping, bathing or grooming assistance, transportation for errands and much more. We think of our services as both “homemaker” and personal care tasks. Are you in the difficult position of deciding whether to transition a loved one into a nursing home or whether they can safely stay at home? Care to Continue excels in coaching families through these tough decisions so that the best decision can be made with confidence. Did you know that home care generally costs less than half as much as assisted living care and can empower you or your loved one to stay in their own home?
